Knowledge of industry software such as: Sandy Knoll Real Estate Deed Drawing/Plotting, Greenbrier Graphics Net Deed Plotter, Google Earth Pro, and other database/document management systemsīenefits Offered. Ability to plot metes and bounds descriptions of property and read a variety of maps, electronic, and paper. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs in order to generate a variety of project reports in response to specific and varied queries. Interpret deeds, leases, court actions, probates, other documents impacting property ownership. Detailed knowledge of researching public courthouse records. Knowledge of land and right of way easement documentation. Specialized knowledge/education preferred: Obtains and reviews title information and checks accuracy of legal descriptions against maps. Prepares final report of all records compiled showing title to property. Plots the legal descriptions, including metes and bounds, if necessary. Searches property records for sufficient legal description. Determines from county records the current ownership, legal descriptions, and all easements of record from patent to present for tracts of land required for the project. Candidates with electric transmission right of way experience is preferred.
